Babes - seems like you’re officially frazzled - you’re spinning a lot of plates and perhaps have a constant niggle and underlying fear that something’s gonna drop any minute (or you will!)

Here are my top tips you can implement straight away:
1.
take an audit of all the places you’re giving your energy away to right now. If you imagine yourself as a BANK OF YOU - that contains your energy just like money - where are you spending it right now?
Brain dump alll the places / tasks / obligations / people / things that you feel have a pull on your energy right now.
Next take an honest account of:
Where are you spending it in places you don’t actually want to?
Where are you spending it in places that aren’t actually bringing you a return on investment?
Where are you spending it where it does feel good and brings you joy - perhaps with certain people / clients / tasks
Just by starting to brain dump this out you’ll be getting a clear picture of what’s going on in your energy bank and where you can reclaim some time and energy.
2.
Stop, drop and breathe! It may seem counter-intuitive when you have a to-do list as long as your arm to take a moment to pause, but it is in quiet, stillness and space that we receive the most clarity and be the most effective.
The mistakes and drains happen when we are so busy trying to do all the doing and spin all the plates, we miss so many of the ways in which we could make things easier, are spreading ourselves thin, could simplify something, or even ask for help!
